Staying at the hostel was a fantastic experience. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was welcoming and vibrant. The highlight of our stay was definitely the community manager, Alizeh, who went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great time. She was always friendly, helpful, and full of great recommendations for things to do in the area. Her positive attitude and genuine care for the guests really made our stay memorable. We can't wait to come back and visit again! The cafe is pathetic.. the service in the cafe is very bad.. they takes 45mins to get a cup of tea and the taste is also not that good.. Prices of the food in the cafe is too much overpriced

My experience with The Hostler was magical. Rooms were classy and the view was magnificent. Food was great and affordable!! STRONGLY RECOMMENDED for all solo and group travellers. Location was really nice and near Mall road so we could easily walk back there. Thanks ELIZAH for making our vacation memorable!! It was really nice staying at The Hostler. Would like to visit again someday!

The rooms are cozy and the hostel has all the required aminities. however, I had a very bad experience. I lost my phone on new year eve while we were partying on the terrace. Staff wasn't helpful. One of them was denying any immediate help and asked me to go and sleep or let me thrown out of hostel. I wasn't even shouting or such. So I immediately approached the police and again in few hours, then suddenly the phone got found by the staff but with a complete factory reset. I don't know if it's one of the guests or from the staff, but because of the attitude of few of them, I find this very shady hostel. Wouldn't stay here ever and won't recommend to anyone. Rest of all good though!

Amazing service! We were scared that we wont be able to get early check as landed around 8. But the staff was very helpful. They directed us to their roof (common area with washroom, sitting room, cafe etc). The cafe has very reasonable rates and they allow u to enjoy ur life (no restrictions whatsoever). Amazing stay and looking forward to be back. PS - Amazing rooftop view!

Had a blast even with my short one day stay. Alizeh was an amazing host and made sure we had a fun night! Only con : the ladders up to the bunk bed are quite narrow with sharp edges. Almost injured myself thrice. A little more finish to the beds would be great.

The hostel is in proximity to all the tourist places.The common space is very good and you can enjoy the music there. Support staff is also very cooperative. Overall the services are very good and the pricing is also affordable.ELIZAH is one the best entertainer❤️❤️❤️
